Everyone feels anxious now and then, which is completely normal. If you’ve read my post on spider repellant…. you should know I pretty much have severe anxiety about spiders by now 😉 I mean who actually LIKES spiders?! They’re so nasty looking and they are super fast! Why do they run away when I’m trying to kill them??!!
BUUUUT in all seriousness, anxiety disorders are very real and very scary and probably very, very tiresome.
If you have anxiety and cannot find a way to feel a little peace, I suggest you try out this rollerball recipe. Even though I don’t have severe anxiety, I know when I’m worrying over something, just smelling this blend helps me to calm down.
- Rollerball – at least 2 oz.
- Fractionated Coconut Oil
- Grapefruit Essential Oil – 4 drops
- Frankincense Essential Oil – 3 drops
- Lavender Essential Oil – 4 drops
- Ylang Ylang Essential Oil – 5 drops
- Geranium Essential Oil – 4 drops
- Put all essential oils in rollerball
- Top off with coconut oil
- Apply as needed
It’s recommended that in severe need, use every 15-20 mins. until the anxiety subsides and then every 2-6 hours as needed.
For full body affect apply to feel, spine, or naval. Applying to the back of the neck works best for me in most situations.
